Do you offer installation, or do you only sell material?

We offer a variety of installation services! We can install, carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank, backsplashes, and tile! We even can install materials if by chance you found something somewhere else. We can also sell you materials if you have your own installer.

Are you a franchise/chain store?

The Floor Store is a locally owned and operated business and has been in business since 1993!

How much do you charge for an estimate?

Our estimates are free! We can bring some samples with us so you can see the samples in your own home and light. Lighting plays a big role in the overall look of the material in the place where it is to be installed. This lets you shop at home or you can come to our 6000 SqFt showroom at the store and see many other samples available.

What is the flooring process?

First, come to the store to pick the material and color. If we are installing, we come out to your home to measure for the amount of material needed. After you approve the estimate, we require a 50% deposit to get the materials ordered, then once your material is in, we will schedule the installation. After your installation takes place, the remaining amount owed is due. If you’re just buying the material, we require payment in full at the time of the order and these orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Do you deliver the material?

On cash and carry orders, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pick up the material from the vendor. We have several vendors that are local to Memphis! However, if the vendor isn’t one of our local Memphis vendors, a freight charge may be added to your purchase.

What happens to the materials you tear out?

When we remove your current flooring, our installers will remove it from the home, and haul it off for you.

Do you have any warranties?

If we install your flooring, we guarantee the installation for as long as you are in the home. For our products, each manufacturer has their own warranties for their products.

Do you have any financing options?

We offer 12 months same as cash through Tower Loan who has a local office in Olive Branch or you can pay online. That means you have a full year to pay off your flooring with no interest. When you decide to finance, you must complete an application and we will turn it into Tower Loan to process. Upon approval, the flooring process can begin.
