Although our location has changed throughout the years, The Floor Store’s values have remained the same.
The Floor Store’s origins stem from the small town of Ripley, Mississippi. Growing up working for his father’s family business, Ripley-native, Dale Caviness knew he always wanted to work for himself. He started his own American dream in 1992, and because of Caviness’s willingness to go the extra mile for his customers, his business boomed. Because of the store’s continued growth, Caviness set plans into motion for a stand-alone building to expand.
We moved into the new 6,000 square-foot showroom in November 2020, ready to hit the ground running and continue to serve Olive Branch and the surrounding area. We pride ourselves on treating our customers like family. If you have a problem, we can fix it. If you need a quick installation, we can schedule it. Our customers always come first! We aren’t like the big chain stores and we aren’t a franchise either. The Floor Store builds long-lasting relationships with our customers to guarantee service that excels.
